Most orders will ship within one business day of ordering
 (we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays).
We define a business day as Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays. Actual shipping and delivery dates
are based on product availability and the shipping method.
In an effort to keep our shipping and handling charges down,
we may ship packages weighing less than 2 pounds out via USPS Mail.
 
The list of products on our site is a listing of items that we stock, but we can not guarantee that all of the items listed are in stock at all times. Because, of this fact your order may not ship complete and you may be charged more then the one shipping charge that appears in the shipping process and on your order confirmation. Some items are drop shipped from the manufactures warehouse.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct.
UPS charges $5.00 for address corrections and
those fees will be passed back to you if necessary.

Special Orders are non-refundable
and can not be cancelled once placed.

All International and Canadian orders will be shipped by Airmail with Insurance by U.S. Postal Service unless surface shipping is requested. If insurance is not available we will not be not responsible after shipping. Warranties may be void on items purchased in the USA and shipped internationally. We except no responsibility for defective items shipped internationally.
A handling fee of $3.00 will be added to shipping charges to help cover the extra cost of sending someone to the Post Office..

Cancellations

Any order cancelled after it has been processed whether it has shipped or not is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns:
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.

A return charge of 15% of the invoiced amount will be charged for all returns.

If you wish to return an item or items for exchange or refund, please, follow these instructions:

On a copy of your invoice write the reason for returning the item or items and whether you wish an exchange or refund, then put it and the item(s) in the original shipping carton with enough packing material to fill the carton and seal the carton. Please write RA#(Your invoice number) on the outside of the package or we will not accept your return.

RETURN your package through a UPS terminal (ground service) or by US Mail (parcel post). For your protection, insure the package for its full value.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made a mistake on your order or if an item is defective, your return surface shipping charge will be reimbursed.

Additional shipping or processing fees charged by packaging centers will not be reimbursed.

Packages must be prepaid. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

Please, keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return.
 

Damages

If the box or product has been Damaged in any way notify us immediately and You must contact the carrier UPS or USPS. You Must save All packing materials for inspection
