The list of products on our site is a listing of items that we stock, but we can not guarantee that all of the items listed are in stock at all times. Because, of this fact your order may not ship complete and you may be charged more then the one shipping charge that appears in the shipping process and on your order confirmation.

Shipments to: APO/FPO (AA, AE or AP), Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island addresses are shipped by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with Insurance at cost to buyer. Additional fees may be applied

Most shipments to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States of America are shipped by UPS ground service. If, you give an incorrect shipping address and UPS corrects it and charges us $5.00 to do so, you will be charged a $7.50 service fee.

All International and Canadian orders will be shipped by Airmail with Insurance by U.S. Postal Service unless surface shipping is requested.

A handling fee of $3.00 will be added to shipping charges to help cover the extra cost of sending someone to the Post Office..

Sorry, we do not have the time or staff to pack and weigh items and then e-mail a shipping quote.

Insurance will be added to all orders were available, if insurance is not available we will not be not responsible after shipping. Warranties may be void on items purchased in the USA and shipped internationally. We except no responsibility for defective items shipped internationally.

Returns:

No returns will be accepted after 20 days from date of invoice.

A return charge of 15% of the invoiced amount will be charged for all returns.

Electric Art Pictures: All sales are final, returns will only be accepted for repair or exchange. (Additional fees may apply.)

If you wish to return an item or items for exchange or refund, please, follow these instructions:

On a copy of your invoice write the reason for returning the item or items and whether you wish an exchange or refund, then put it and the item(s) in the original shipping carton with enough packing material to fill the carton and seal the carton. Please write RA#(Your invoice number) on the outside of the package or we will not accept your retun.

RETURN your package through a UPS terminal (ground service) or by US Mail (parcel post). For your protection, insure the package for its full value.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made a mistake on your order or if an item is defective, your return surface shipping charge will be reimbursed.

Additional shipping or processing fees charged by packaging centers will not be reimbursed.

Packages must be prepaid. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

Please, keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return.

If your merchandise was DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT: keep the original shipping carton and immediately call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to report the damage. Then, please, e-mail us at dkgifts@midwest-plaza.com or
