D&K Gifts & More is located in Ottumwa Iowa about 90 miles SE of Des Moines. 
What began as a small part time business in 1996 has grown over the years. but we've always kept
the spirit and values of a family-run business.  

We currently offer a line of license collectibles and decorative items.
Our dedication to quality and value, along with timely and accurate
deliveries, has earned us the respect of our customers.

Shipments to: APO/FPO (AA, AE or AP), Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Island addresses are shipped by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with Insurance. Additional fees may be applied
 

International order are welcome.

Once your order is placed we will pack and weigh it and determine the correct shipping charges.

All International and Canadian orders will be shipped by 1st class Airmail or Priority Mail with Insurance by U.S. Postal Service.
 
 
Warranties may be void on items purchased in the USA and shipped internationally. We except no responsibility for defective items shipped internationally.

Returns:
No returns will be accepted after 20 days from date of invoice.

A return charge of 15% of the invoiced amount will be charged for all returns.

If you wish to return an item or items for exchange or refund, please, follow these instructions:

On a copy of your invoice write the reason for returning the item or items and whether you wish an exchange or refund, then put it and the item(s) in the original shipping carton with enough packing material to fill the carton and seal the carton. Please write RA#(Your invoice number) on the outside of the package or we will not accept your return.

RETURN your package through a UPS terminal (ground service) or by US Mail (parcel post). For your protection, insure the package for its full value.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made a mistake on your order or if an item is defective,

Additional shipping or processing fees charged by packaging centers will not be reimbursed.

Packages must be prepaid. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

Please, keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return.
